Binnings

Manufacturing tolerances are unavoidable in the manufacture of LEDs. They are caused by the smallest parameter fluctuations. At present it is not possible to produce a specific colour temperature with a minimum tolerance. Due to these tolerances, the LEDs are sorted according to their deviation and stored in different containers (Bin). The quality of a lighting device equipped with several LEDs increases the closer the tolerances for the bins are set.
