In conventional assembly, THT components are assembled on assembly tables in the printed circuit boards directly in the soldering frame. The in-line transport system conveys the solder frames via the ERSA Powerflow N² solder wave system, with which the THT components are soldered in a lead-free process, and back to the respective assembly stations.
